Grapefruit Cocktail

  • 30 g grapefruit, flesh only
  • 30 g grapefruit juice
  • 3 heaped tablespoons icing sugar
  • 50 g lemon cordial
  • 60 g gin
  • 250 g ice cube
  • 350 g soda water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add 30g Grapefruit, 30g Grapefruit juice only,3 heaped Tbs icing sugar 50g Lemon juice cordial 60g Gin 250g ice
  2. Mix all at 25 sec/speed 9
  3. Add 350g soda water and mix 5 sec/speed 4
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy
