Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- DO NOT WASH mixing bowl
- Add milk to mixing bowl. Heat 1 min/65 deg/Sp 2
Scrape sides and base of bowl
Rpt 1 min/65 deg/Sp 2 - Add all ingredients to TM bowl. Mix 20 sec/sp 8 or use Blend mode until all ingredients are mixed
Add more chocolate drinking powder if desired - Swirl chocolate sauce around inside of serving glass. Add ice cubes.
Pour cocktail over ice cubes
Add toothpick with Maltesers
For Easter - Sprinkle top with Mixed Spice and use Choc Bunny on toothpick - - Replace Kahlua with Gtand Marnier for Jaffa Flavour and garnish with Orange Cream Chocolate
- Replace Kahlua with Creme de Menthe for Mint Flavour and garnish with Choc Mints
- Replace Kahlua with a Cherry Liqueur or Cherry Brandy and garnish with Cherry Ripe

Just like a milkshake ... only ... boozy!
I serve in Martini glasses, with the maltesers on toothpick replacing the usual olives in a martini.
