      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Hot Chocolate
  1. 1. Add 500g milk, 10g cacao powder and 15g coconut sugar, cook for 6 minutes, 80C, speed 3.

     

    2. Blend for 30 sec, speed 7.

     

    3. Drink immediately.

    YUM YUM YUM This recipe is just so YUM.. so frothy and creamy, I used coconut syrup as I had run out of coconut sugar and it worked great.
