Recipe's preparation
Place sugar in jug and mill for 10 seconds / speed 9
Add all remaining ingredients and mill for 20 seconds / speed 10
For a single serve, add 3-6 heapped teaspoons depending on strength desired, to . Add 250g milk. 7min/80/speed 3-4
OR
Add 3-6 teaspoons to a mug of hot milk or hot water to serve
Store in air tight jar in the pantry

Wow it's fantastic! I used 50g of sugar as my hubby adds honey to his chai & only 300g of skim milk powder because that's what I had in the pantry I mixed it up in hot milk. Next time I'll do speed 3 at 60 degrees. Thanks so much for the recipe.

Okay i want to be honest, I was hesitant about making this mix because I hate the stench of milk powder it's just bloody disgusting,
however this mix is delightfully tasty with the perfect amount of spice to make it just right much much much better than store bought and I am glad that I made my own mix. I also added a teaspoon of allspice to my mix that tastes lovely too. Thank you for the Recipe I am new to the chai concept and like it very much
