    Fantastic recipe. Thanks for sharing.
I completely left out sugar. I just add a small amount if honey to taste each time. Nearly finished the jar in 5 days!

    Submitted by ccgardens on 17. September 2015 - 02:53.

Wow it's fantastic! I used 50g of sugar as my hubby adds honey to his chai & only 300g of skim milk powder because that's what I had in the pantry tmrc_emoticons.) I mixed it up in hot milk. Next time I'll do speed 3 at 60 degrees. Thanks so much for the recipe.

    Submitted by blondemanesilvershoes on 22. February 2015 - 07:51.

Okay i want to be honest, I was hesitant about making this mix because I hate the stench of milk powder it's just bloody disgusting,

however this mix is delightfully tasty with the perfect amount of spice to make it just right much much much better than store bought and I am glad that I made my own mix. I also added a teaspoon of allspice to my mix that tastes lovely too. Thank you for the Recipe I am new to the chai concept and like it very much

Pretty good.  I made it with glucose instead, because fructose in table sugar is not great for health.  Made it to send in a "pamper" box for a friend who is recovering from an operation.

This is a great recipe. I made some as gifts and have gotten rave reviews. I made with less sugar so I could add honey to soothe my throat from colds. Sometimes I will add a tea bag to brew with it too.

Great Recipe! I made 1/4 of the quantity to see if I was going to like it. Yum!

I mixed 4 teaspoons in hot water and it is delicious, I haven't tried it in hot milk yet, but I'm certain it will be equally nice. Thankyou for posting this recipe!
