- 200 g mango flesh cubed and frozen, or 1 fresh mango
- 200 g ice cubes
- 200 g sweet white wine, e.g. Moscato
- 30 g lemon juice, or one lemon
- 30 g vodka
- 4 leaves fresh mint, or 4 teaspoons mint liquour
- 1 sprig fresh mint, to garnish

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Add ice, mango and mint leaves to the bowl and crush for 8 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down the sides and repeat.
Wash down the bowl walls with the sweet wine, then add the lemon juice and vodka.
Blend for 30 seconds on speed 9.
Pour into a glass and garnish with mint (optional). Drink with a straw.
Accessories you need
Multiply the quantity for more serves, but keep the ice below the 1 litre mark.
You can adjust the level of tartness to suit by adjusting the amount of lemon added.
If using mint liquour, add in step 2. I made my own by soaking mint leaves in vodka for a month in a glass jar.
