If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add 6 Mint Slice Biscuits to the "Closed lid" Speed 5, 5 seconds. Scrape down bowl with spatula. Repeat if you want a finer consistency.
2. Add remaaining ingredients into "Closed lid" and mix Speed 5, 5 seconds
3. Increase speed to Speed 9 for about 10 seconds.
4. Pour into Martini glasses and garnish with some chocolate and a mint leaf if desired.

Tip
Garnish with a crumbled Flake bar and for that extra sepcial chocolate fix, dip your glass rim in some grated chocolate prior to pouring the drink into the glass.
