      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).     Blend 1min/ spd 9 with aid of spatula if needed

    Serve and enjoy!

Tip

You can use your choice of choc protein powder, would also work with other flavours. Great kick start for the morning or pick me up in the afternoon! I prefer almond milk but have used coconut water and other milks before - personal preference.
