For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add caster sugar and zest to mixing bowl. Mill 20 seconds / speed 9
2. Add lime juice to mixing bowl. Combine 10seconds / speed 4.
3. Add passionfruit pulp, soda and rum to mixing bowl. Mix 10 seconds / reverse / speed 1.
4. Put a sprig of mint and 4 iceblocks in each glass.
5. Divide mixture between the glasses. Can further top up with soda if preferred.
6. Enjoy!
