Raspberry & Banana Smoothie

  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 200 g Almond milk
  • 50 g orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for extra creaminess)

Recipe's preparation

    Raspberry & Coconut Smoothie
  1. 1. Unpeel the banana and take the stones out of the dates and place all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl and blend for 90 sec/speed 9.

     

    2. Drink and enjoy!
