- 100 grams frozen raspberries
- 100 grams white sugar
- 70 grams Rosewater
- 350 grams vodka

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place raspberries and sugar in bowl, 10 seconds, speed 10. Scrape down sides.
Add rosewater, vodka, warm for 2 minutes, 37C, speed 3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into glass bottles and store in the fridge.
Dilute syrup with lemonade or sparkling mineral water to desired taste and serve over ice.
