- 20 g sugar or more to taste
- 400 g ice cubes
- 200 g Fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 100 g white rum
- 30 g cointreau/triple sec/strawberry liquor

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Mill the sugar on speed/10 for 10/secs. Scrape down sides of the bowl.
Add the rum, cointreau/tripe sec or strawberry liquor and continue on speed/10 for another 1.5/2mins until the ice is completely crushed.
Add the ice cubes and strawberries and grind on speed/10 for 1/min. Use the spatula to help push the ice cubes down towards the blades, if needed.
Serve in a cocktail glass with a fresh strawberry.
