- 50 grams rolled oats, Quick oats can be used - if so reduce time in step 1
- 5 grams Cacao, Cocoa will also work, as will carob if limiting caffeine for little kids

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Mill oats 10 seconds, speed 9
Add remaining ingredients to oats in bowl
3 minutes, 80 degrees, speed 3
1 minute, speed 8 to froth

This recipe easily doubles for 2 and could quadruple for 4.

I made this this morning for something different...it came out quite thick so I added extra milk in my glass. If you want something different for breakfast then give this a try.
