- 1 scoop Protein Powder, Chocolate
- 250 grams Almond milk
- 1 Ripe banana

Mill oats speed 9, 10 seconds
add remaining ingredients to bowl, 3 minutes, 80 degrees, speed 3.
Change it up:
*coconut milk in place of almond milk.
*1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
*add 5 grams of cacao powder if you only have vanilla protein powder.
