White Vanilla Hot Chocolate with Cacao Butter

  • 70 grams Rapadura Sugar
  • 60 grams Raw Cacao Butter Wafers
  • 1 vanilla bean, scrape out seeds
  • 600 grams full cream milk
  • 30 grams Organic Corn Flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Rapadura Sugar to a dry Mixing Bowl and mill for 10sec/Speed 9.


  2. Add Raw Cacao Butter Wafers and mill for a further 10 sec/Speed 9.


  3. Add all other ingredients and cook for 8 min/80 degrees/Speed 4.
