Forum Gluten free Sourdough

I have had success with the sourdough recipe from Good food, gluten free. I used 20 ml oil, reduced water by same, increased oven temp to 210, did not use steam or water on loaf. Comments appreciated thanks Mezz


I have not been able to get the bread to cook it remains uncooked in the centre it requires toasting to eat. I am quite sure the starter is good it tastes just like sourdough. What do you think could be wrong. Am following the recipe exactly and have had success with other gluten free bread which use dried yeast. Thank you Mezz
