Forum TM5 saying “ unexpected shutdown” after being used

Hi, I've been experiencing an unexpected shutdown of my Thermomix TM5, over the last two days, after using it. It would take a bit more time time get the bowl unlocked and I would then get the 'unexpected shutdown' leading to the security `screen messages'.
Any idea what the problem is?

i purchased a 2nd hand TM5 2 days ago and have been using it no issue. I turned it on today and it comes up with the above saying.
Many idea what the problem is?
