Ingredients

1 mud crab cleaned and cracked

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 100 grams Sweet chilli sauce, or to taste
  • 3 drops tobasco sauce, optional

Recipe's preparation

    You are going to LOVE this
  1. Place your crab pieces into simmering basket.

  2. Add coconut cream, sweet chilli sauce and tobasco sauce (if using), to tmx bowl

  3. Set timer to 15mins, varoma sp 3.


     


    Enjoy! Will try to make a fish soup out of remaining sauce tomorrow.

    Sorry, forgot to add. Transfer from simmering basket to thermoserver. Pour over sauce and let sit for 10 minutes or so.
