Ingredients

  • 1- 425 gram tin of tuna in springwater
  • 1 red oinion ( or brown), peeled and quarterd
  • 160 grams of sweet and sour gerkins, roughly chopped
  • 160 grams of a good quality mayonaise
  • 110 grams of cream
  • lettuce for shredding

Recipe's preparation

  1. Drain the tuna and slice across into quarters in the tin with a knife

    Add the onion to the bowl  and chop 5 seconds - speed 5 - scrape down bowl

    Add gerkins  chop 5 seconds, speed 4

    Add tuna, mayonaise and cream - mix reverse 2 minutes, spoon

    Shred lettuce or serve in lettuce cups and serve tuna mix over the the top and garnish with fresh dill or parsley

    Hubby and I like it. I don't have lettuce at home. I ate it in wrap with kale and it was yummy. I'll be making this again

  • Maybe I didn't drain the tuna

    Maybe I didn't drain the tuna enough but I found it a bit watery and it leaked mayo/cream. Delicious though so will make again tonight draini well and with a little less mayo and cream.
