add oil and cook 3mins/veroma /speed 2 no mc

add can tomatoes season with pepper i never use salt but add as you need

place fish fillets in veroma top tray in one layer again seasonmake sure you have thin fillets

put veroma in place and cook 10mins/veroma/speed4 this was long enoiugh to cook fish,i put some zoodles in bottom tray at end just for 1min.remove zoodles and fish plate up then add olives and capers and cook 30secs/speed 2/rev just to warm pour over fish

you could add more fish to serve 4 as there was ample sauce maybe cook a little longer but make sure sauce does not dry out.

i served with zoodles and broccoli i did not include in calorie count would be nice with rice

also jamie said add a little red wine vinagar for tang but lemon would work

Made this for dinner with flake fillets and my husband and I loved it! We had with steamed vegetables and potato. The sauce was delicious - think it would also be delicious with chicken. A great recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Blander than I expected it to be. Needed a bit of salt at the end to spice it up. An extra chilli and some shallots might help a bit?

Quick and easy. The sauce is delicious and would be suitable to combine with pasta or steamed chicken and vegetables.

Very nice, I'm a beginner on the thermo and easy to make. Our fish was a little thinker so needed just under 20min. Added some lemon juice. served with raw Spanish and broccoli balanced it nicely. Would defiantly make this again!!  tmrc_emoticons.)
