If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

add onion and garlic to jug chop 3secs/speed 5
scrape down add oil cook 5mins/120/1.5
add tomato /water tomato paste/ basil
put steamer basket in and place cubed salmon in cook 10mins /100/speed 2
adjust seasoning salt pepper and add cream just stir through with spatula and serve over zoodles or pasta your choice
