Just cooked this recipe, I have never cooked Garlic Prawns before, so easy and so delicious WOW - I did change the quantities a bit to cover for more prawns, just remember how much weight with shell is lost with green prawns. On top of it all thanks to my thermomix only bowls etc to clean up. Loved it!!

Made this last night for my ever skeptical, picky husband. Only third time I have used the TC and I nailed it. Big Smile This recipe is great even for beginners like me. Total thumbs up Big Smile. Just one question though, what is TM stock concentrate? I just used chicken stock and it worked out fine. Thanks.

My Thermomix arrived in the morning and this was the second recipe I tried. The first being the veggie stock. I liked the taste, but hubby said it was bland. Next time I will add more stock to the recipe and see if this works.

This recipe would have been a huge success but where i live we can only buy frozen seafood, so our prawns made this dish blah but the sauce was OMG amazing. For me to say that is huge cause if i ever go out for dinner I ALWAYS order garlic prawns and am a pretty tough critic. thanks for the recipe. I can make it myself and get something different now when i go out hahahha
