  • Easy and tasty - added 100g

    Submitted by megs88 on 15. July 2016 - 10:59.

Easy and tasty - added 100g chopped raw pumpkin and garlic clove with onion. Also added frozen spinach portion and corn kernels from 1 cob to up the veggies after adding milk. Also added frozen peas with about 5 mins left. Added cheese with tuna etc so didn't need to bak in oven. Would have been hotter if put in the oven but great for the kids. Just served on top of cooked pasta. Could also add carrot and zuccini in first step.

My boys devour this recipe.  I have swapped out the tuna for salmon & it still tastes delish.  Have also added 1-2tsp curry at times to change it up too.

Almost like my mum used to make tmrc_emoticons.) I added salt and left out parsley and it was beautiful. I also added the cheese into it with the tuna rathet than having cheese on top and putting in oven. This is quicker and less washing up tmrc_emoticons.;) This will be a regular in our house. Thanks tmrc_emoticons.)
