Tip

This recipe is suitable for freezing.

The tuna can be replaced with shredded chicken if you don't like tuna (however, I've known people who say they don't like tune that quite like this dish)

If you don't want to cook the pasta in your Thermomix, put it on to cook after you have sauteed the onion and capsicum, then it should be ready at roughly the same time as the tuna mix.

This dish will be quite runny when it's first made, but if you're eating it as leftovers, it will be much thicker.

This is the sort of dish that can happily sit in the oven on a low heat until everyone is home and ready to eat

  • Recipe doesnt' state how much

Recipe doesnt' state how much butter or milk to use - so I had to guess.

I used a tin of condensed creamy celery soup instead of the mushroom soup and the final product tasted great. A thumbs up from my 3 year old, so that's a good thing!
