  • 1 pieces mango
  • 2 handful of ice

Topping

  • 1 tsp Buckinis
  • 1 tsp cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp Roasted almonds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Bee pollen
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil
  • 4 strawberries, (or any fruit of your choice)
  • 1 bunch mint leaves, for garnish

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add acai pulp, ice and mango pieces into the mixing bowl and blend 6-7 sec / SPD 9.

    2. Pour mixture into a bowl and add all your favorite toppings ( I have lsited a few but fw fre to play around and choose your favorites!)

    Enjoy!
