braised tofu with seafood

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp TM vegetable stock concentrate
  • 1 heaped tsp cornflour + 50g water (for thickening)

the dish

  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 25 grams your preferred cooking oil
  • 100 grams button mushrooms, halved
  • 100 grams straw mushrooms
  • 50 grams carrots, sliced thinly
  • 200 grams prawns, raw, medium size, peeled
  • 100 grams scallops, flesh only
  • 100 grams snowpeas
  • 2 pieces fried tofu, quartered

Recipe's preparation

  1. place garlic into TM bowl and chop sp9/3 secs

    add oil to saute 2min/ varoma/ sp1

    add button mushrooms, straw mushrooms and carrots to saute 3 mins/ varoma/ Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    add in prawns, snow peas and tofu to saute 2mins/ varoma/ Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    add scallops and seasonings 2mins/ varoma/ Counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting

    add in corn flour mixture 1 min/ varoma/ Counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting

    serve hot with steamed rice

    This was good, my only complaint was that after lovingly frying my large firm tofu cubes they shredded to bits when added despite being on reverse gentle...making it look like a curdled mess...next time i'd just add the tofu on the top at the very end, otherwise tasty thanks tmrc_emoticons.)
