The flavour was really tasty but the chicken legs were totally shredded and I was just left with bones.
This was easy and tasty but
This was easy and tasty but the chicken seemed overcooked and most separated from the bone making it look unappealing. However, i would make again.

Made this last night and it
Made this last night and it was a winner! The flavour was lovely! I added some diced eggplant to the sauce. Yummo! I think next time, I will make the pototo seperately and try and steam some extra chicken drumsticks as my family were looking for more meat or I would just use Chicken Thigh! It was great to see what would happen if I cooked drumsticks in the bowl though! So thank you for the recipe, it was well recieved here!

Great dish! Going to be a favourite in this household!!!
I had guests coming and
I had guests coming and wanted to cook something that we don't usually eat using drumsticks, tomatoes and garlic. My husband won't eat all 3, and I knew if it was for guests I could get away with it (I made him a plain piece of chicken). This was so easy! I flew in the door an hour late, had messaged my guests to ask them to come later, but they turned up just as I was putting dinner on. I threw spinach and cauliflower in the varoma and that cooked perfectly at the same time. So in a half hour I had dinner done and could fly out the door again to the event we were going to. Phew!
Delicious and a staple dish.

Hi, you didn't say when to add the olives? I assume stir through at the end? I made a BIG BOO-BOO, I accidentally bought tenderloins instead of legs. It still turned out fab. I used 600g chicken tenderloins, halved the wine and the water. YUMMO>
