  • I would use just the stalks

    Submitted by Jazwa on 29. September 2015 - 18:56.

I would use just the stalks and roots if you're not a huge coriander fan. The roots are a key ingredient in Thai curry pastes and you won't even notice it amongst all the other flavours. Parsley isn't a thai herb, so it might be a bit out of place.

When you say, "1 bunch of Coriander" do you put in the whole wrapped bunch you get from woolies or just one of the bunches within the packet?

    Thanks tmrc_emoticons.)
