      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add milk, milk powder and crushed junket tablets into bowl
  2. 2. Place measuring cap and 6 minutes at 37 degrees speed 3.5
  3. 3. Place into server and set aside for 30 to 45 minutes or until milk has set
  4. 4. When set scoop in to small baskets and put in refrigerator for 24 hours

    Thank you so much for the Instructions. I've made this several times now for the cheese in my pastizzi and it's delicious. I use the milk with the highest quality fat content, to get the creamiest I can. Only problem is, I eat half the cheese before it's ready to go! 😂
