Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add milk, milk powder and crushed junket tablets into bowl
- 2. Place measuring cap and 6 minutes at 37 degrees speed 3.5
- 3. Place into server and set aside for 30 to 45 minutes or until milk has set
- 4. When set scoop in to small baskets and put in refrigerator for 24 hours
