      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Cook the millet meal
  1. Place the millet in the bowl.

    Insert the measuring cup and then.. Mill 15 sec/speed 7.

    Place the sunflower seeds in the bowl.

    Place the skim milk in the bowl.

    Palce the water in the bowl.

    Insert the measuring cup and then... Cook 11 min/90C/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 2.

    If using a frozen banana, Break banana into pieces and then place banana in the bowl.

    Wait about 5 minutes or until banana has softened.

    Insert the measuring cup and then... Mix 8 sec/speed 3.

    Serve into a bowl immediately

Tip

Safe to make in a TM31 & TM5.

If not using a frozen banana, then peel and slice the banana into the bowel and mix in.
