Recipe's preparation
- add almonds to bowl, 5 seconds speed 5
add apple to bowl, 3 seconds speed 5
add oats, milk yoghurt
mix 10 seconds reverse, speed 3
divide amoung jars and top with optional frozen or frresh berries. Store in fridge over night before using
