      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

A really nice healthy salad and an easy way to make use of the Varoma. I juggled the order of steps arounds a bit, then added blue cheese, bacon and a lemon dressing instead of using the paprika.

would it not be the varoma setting seeing as you're steaming in the varoma...? But yes, actual instruction would be good instead of having to guess.

  • in step 4, toasting the nuts

in step 4, toasting the nuts in the oven, you could instead potentially dry roast them in the tmx as the first step and set them aside for later?
