- pinch cinamon, to taste
- 100ml coconut cream
- 20 g Butter

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Cook the sweet potato and carrot for 15 - 20 min or until soft in the varoma basket
2. chop the garlic on 4 for a couple of seconds
3. Add the sweet potato and carrot
4. Add butter
5. Add cocunut cream
6. Add salt and pepper and blend until smooth
If you want to you can add a little bit of cinnamon for taste
Peel the sweet potato and carrot
Tip
Cinnamon is to taste only

This was really yummy. This is how i did it. Add 400g boiled water to bowl. Add simmering basket and add about 400-500g of carrot & sweet potato. Cook 15min/Varoma/Spd 1 to steam it.
Tip out water. Add garlic clove, wizz 2sec/Spd 7. Scrape down. Tip in steamed carrot/sweet potato, 10g Butter & 80g coconut cream. Blend 15sec/Spd6. Scrape down and repeat if necessary.
Also, when you are editing it, please say how many grams for veges as swwet potato and carrotscan vary so much in size. The recipe did catch my eye and I would like to make it. Some further guidance would be appreciated.
