Choc Brownie (Flourless)

  • 200 gram Chocolate Buttons
  • 250 grams Butter, chopped into chunks
  • 500 gram Dark Brown Sugar, 2 cups
  • 250 grams hazelnut meal
  • 1/3 portions rice flour, 1/3 cup
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 portions eggs
  • 1 portions 1 handful hazelnuts

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Roughly chop 1 handful hazelnuts speed 4/ 20 secs, set aside. Blitz hazelnuts to make hazelnut meal if needed, enough to make 1 cup, set aside
  2. Blitz 200gms choc buttons on high speed/ 20 secs
  3. Add roughly chopped 250 gms butter, and mix with choc, 10 secs/ speed 3
  4. Melt choc and butter, 90 deg/ speed 3/ 3 mins. While melting add 2 cups brown sugar through MC hole
  5. Add 1 cup hazelnut meal, 1/3 cup rice flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  6. add 4 eggs, mix entirely through. Pour into dish with greasproof paper, cook 38 mins, 180 deg.
