- 500 g cauliflower florets
- 50 g Salted butter
- 70 g cream cheese
- Place Cauliflower in mixing bowl. Chop 5 seconds / speed 5. Scrape sides of bowl.
- Add butter. Cook 12 mins / 100 degrees / speed 1. Scrape sides of bowl.
- Add cream cheese. Blend 30 seconds / gradually increasing speed from 1 to speed 7.
