Ingredients

Cauliflower purée

  • 500 g cauliflower florets
  • 50 g Salted butter
  • 70 g cream cheese

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Cauliflower in mixing bowl. Chop 5 seconds / speed 5. Scrape sides of bowl.
  2. Add butter. Cook 12 mins / 100 degrees / speed 1. Scrape sides of bowl.
  3. Add cream cheese. Blend 30 seconds / gradually increasing speed from 1 to speed 7.
