      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Cooking Potatoes
  1. Chop up unpeeled washed potato's into smallish chunks and place in both trays of Veroma. Add 1 tablespoon of stock to water to bowl. Place veroma on top of bowl and cook 25 minutes, veroma, speed 2
  2. Whilst potato's are cooking, place bacon on frypan and cook both sides until crunchy. Put on plate to cool, once cool rip into rustic pieces
  3. Cut spring Onions into 2.5 cm pieces and place aside in bowl. I find this easier with scissors
  4. After testing potato's to ensure they are cooked through (easy slicing with a fork), remove potato's from veroma and allow to cool by taking off lid (I just keep on sink to drain) to speed this process up you can put them straight in fridge to allow faster cooling
  5. When potato's are cool place in large bowl, add cut Spring Onions and ripped crunch bacon and stir through sour cream
  6. Place back into fridge and serve when fully cooled down/cold (approx 1 hour)
