If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Cut a carrot into pieces then grate in the thermomix bowl for 4sec/0C/speed5.
Add tuna with springwater, ricotta cheese and fresh lemon juice into thermomix bowl for 10sec/0C/speed8
Then remember to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl and repeat for 8sec/0C/speed8

Tip
If you like a more tuna taste add less ricotta cheese
if you are placing in the fridge of a couple of days add a little more water and pinch of salt
