- 1 Organic Orange, Juice and Zest
- 500 g purple carrots, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup Brazilian Nuts
- 1/4 cup macadamias
- 1/4 cup Cranberries
- 3 tablespoons macadamia oil
- fresh mint
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 rocket leaves, bag (optional)
Place orange zest in dry TM bowl and grate for 6 sec/speed 7.
Add carrots and nuts and chop 3 sec/speed 5.
Add Cranberries, oil, orange juice, mint, salt & pepper and and chop 3 sec/speed 5.
Optional: add some rocket salad and mix 3 sec/speed 5/reverse.
