- 1 brown onion, peeled, halved
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 grams Ghee
- 300 grams red lentils, washed
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon TM Veg Stock Concentrate
Recipe's preparation
Chop garlic & onion together in TM bowl. 5 secs, sp.3
Scrape down sides of bowl. Add ghee. Saute, 2 mins, Varoma temp, sp, 1.
Add lentils, Fennel seeds, Veg stock & 600 grams water.
Cook, 18 mins, 100 degrees, sp.1.

Tip
Serve as a side dish to other curries.
Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and some coriander leave.
Or serve with a drizzle of lemon infused Olive oil.
