Smashed potatoes

  • 500-700 grams Red delight potato, Washed and Cut in quarters don't peel leave skin on
  • pinches Pink Himalayan Rock Salt (or Sea Salt)
  • pinches Rosemary (Dry) or fresh
  • --- olive oil

  4. take potatoes out of varmona and put them into a baking dish and smash with either a fork potato masher or even smash with the varoma bowl it's just to break them up then sprinkle over olive oil to coat lightly and then sprinkle over sea salt and fresh or dry Rosemary to taste . Cook in 180d oven for about a 45 mins untill crispy if u want them crisper either turn oven up higher or cook longer. 

    i used this recpie all the time it goes great with steak , roasts, chicken 

    or just bake on there own and then use to dip in sour cream and sweet chilli sauce yum !

Tip

Try your own spices on top before baking what ever u have in the cupboard paprika is yum and Garlic once u make these once u be baking them all the time so

its great to mix up the spices
