Preheat oven to 200CPut parmesan cheese (cut into cubes) into TX bowl. Mill speed 8, 10-15 sec.Add the mascarpone and spices. Mix speed 3 – 4 until mixed, about 10 sec. If necessary scrape down sides and mix a few more sec.Slice bread into thin slices. Use French baguettes or I make potato bread in the shape of baguettes. Spread the mix on the slices and place on baking trays. Toast in hot oven a few minutes until hot & bubbly and starting to brown. Watch closely!Delightful party snacks or lunch starters.
Try to get real 5 spice that uses Szechwan pepper. You can make your own 5 spice in the thermomix.
