Pour 500ml of water in the TM bowl, heat 7min, varoma, speed 2.
Place varoma tray on the TM bowl, cook 8 min on varoma sp 2

Instead of the trout I also like to use ham or bacon. You can add cheese( Parmesan, goat cheese, blue...). And don't hesitate to add in veges like spinach, mushroom or asparagus . Your imagination is the limit
