    Great family meal
My kids liked it but I did add some Ketjap Manis (sweet soy) and I think some water chesnuts and crushed peanuts would be great for next time

The flavours were delicious.  Added ginger with the garlic and would probably not put as much mince in next time as it was very close to the max level!

  • Tasty but needs a bit more

    Submitted by CapsFam on 27. November 2014 - 17:42.

Tasty but needs a bit more Asian influence to please my urban family. Added bamboo shoots for crunch and I'll try a nob of ginger next time.

I added rice noodles and only half the mince because I hadn't read the amount properly! Pretty tasty but will add some peanuts and bamboo shoots next time
