Recipe's preparation
Place flour, banana and vanilla into Thermomix Bowl.
Mix on speed 5 for 5 seconds.
Add rest of the ingredients.
Cook on speed 4 for 7-9 minutes at 90C until thickened.

This made quite a thick
This made quite a thick custard. I added some milk after cooking to thin it out a bit. Next time i will use less flour. I personally didnt like the custard neither did my toddler but bub liked it. I like that it has no added sugar just fruit for sweetening. Interested to try different fruits next time

Reduced flour to 20g and will reduce even more next time. It was much thicker than I was wanting. Will try again though ☺

Thermo-mamma they usually say cows milk is fine in food just not as a drink. I made this for my 8 month old and he loved it (as did my 3yr old). If you're unsure give parent helpline a call, they're happy to answer any questions
Just wondering if baby is
Just wondering if baby is under 1 year what I can add instead of Cow's Milk as it's not recommended under one year. Has anyone tried substituting with formula?

Very unpleasant for adult tastes.
Obviously babies tastes are unlike us fussy adults. I actually made this for myself and it was not nice at all. I ended up trying to add some honey to it, but that made it taste worse. Down the sink with this one. THink I;ll leave it to the mums with bubs.
