Recipe's preparation
Blend all ingredients in TM bowl 10 sec / speed 6.
Knead 30 sec / "Closed lid" / "Dough mode" .
Press into a tight ball and knead lightly on floured surface or Thermomat until smooth.
Divide dough into 2 equal portions.
Preheat oven to 180*C.
Bake 10 mins, until golden at the edges. Cool and store in an airtight container.

Tip
I cut each cylinder into 24. If you use thicker slices you will need to bake for longer.
