Almond and Cashew Clusters
Cluster mix
- 80 gram raw almonds
- 80 gram pumpkin seeds
- 70 gram raw cashews
- 30 gram Shredded coconut
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup --- Maple syrup
- 1 level teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180 degrees c
- Add Almonds to the tm bowl. Chop 5 secs, speed 5. Don't over chop. Add Pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts and shredded coconut. Mix 4 secs, speed 5. This combines the dry ingredients.
- Add egg, maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Mix 4 secs, speed 4. Check if combined. Repeat if necessary.
- Scoop out 12 spoonfuls onto baking tray. Flatten slightly. Bake 10-11 mins at 180 degrees c..
- Remove tray from oven but leave clusters on until cooled and firmed up. Store in an airtight container.
