Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius, grease TM silicone lined bread baking tin.
Place banana, egg, sugar & butter in TM bowl and mix 10 sec / speed 5
Scrape down TM bowl
Add SR flour, baking powder, desicated coconut and milk. Mix 5 sec / speed 6
Place into prepared baking tin and set aside
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top
To make cake / bread
To make topping
Bake for 40 minutes until golden

Deliciousy fluffy banana bread! The best I've had! The coconut gives texture to the bread. I used about 70 grams of maple syrup instead of the sugar.

This is a great recipe loved
This is a great recipe loved by our whole family. We are dairy free so i use 20g nuttulex & 20g of coconut oil in place of the butter, & still find it great! We also add extra coconut. GREAT RECIPE- THANKYOU
