Rice Noodles - Fresh

  • 130 g glutinous rice flour
  • 50 g tapioca starch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 270 g water

Recipe's preparation

    Make rice noodle mixture
  1. Add rice flour, tapioca stach and salt TM bowl. 10 seconds speed 6
  2. Add 1st 90g water 10 seconds speed 6
  3. Add 2nd 90g water 10 seconds speed 6
  4. Add last 90g water 10 seconds speed 6
  5. Allow to sit and rest for 20 minutes. Pour into container or jug to allow you to heat wate rin the tm bowl
  6. steam rice noodles
  7. Add 1 litre water to tm bowl and bring to boil 8 minutes varoma speed 1
  8. Line varoma tray with silicone mat or damp glad bake type paper. Pour 1/3 of the mixture onto lined varoma tray (as thin as possible) Cook 7 minutes varoma speed 2
  9. When cooked tip the rice noodle (pancake) onto oiled glad bake type paper
  10. Repeat twice more (3 trays in total) all cooked for 7 minutes varoma speed 2
  11. Cut to desired thickness use as required.
    If storing for later use, brush with oil to avoide sticking together
