- 60 grams Milk, Full or Lite
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 190 grams plain flour

Recipe's preparation
1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
2. Cream butter and sugar Speed 4 for 20sec until light and fluffy.
3.Add eggs, one at a time mixing on Speed 3 for 20sec.
4.Scrape Down.
5. Add vanilla, sour cream and milk.
6. Mix to combine on Speed 4 for 5sec.
7. Add flour, Salt, Baking Powder, and mix on Speed 4 for 20sec.
8. Scrape Down.
14. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden.
15. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
