For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add the first 4 ingredients to the bowl, set on 37* Sp1 for 2 mins
Leave until frothed up 1/3 - 1/2 way up the bowl.
Add the flour and other ingredients
"Dough mode" 4 mins
Then shape and rise again until the desired size is reached.
Cook @ 200* for 15-20mins for buns
for a loaf 200* for 10mins then reduce temp to 180* for 25mins.

Tip
If you want to use the same recipe for a wholemeal dough
Can add 400gms wholemeal flour and the 320gms of white flour.
add extra 100gm Honey
