Apricot-Coconut Balls

Ingredients

200 g

Apricot Balls

  • 200 g dried apricots
  • 100 g Shredded coconut
  • 100 g skim milk powder
  • 50 g oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons Boiling water
  • 100 g desicated coconut

Recipe's preparation

  1. - Place dried apricots in the bowl and roughly chop using the Turbo Function

    - Place shredded coconut, skim milk powder and oat bran into bowl and turbo until smooth 

    - Add boiling water and turbo until well combined

    - Place desicated coconut on a plate.

    - Using damp hands divide the mixture into balls and roll in the coconut, 

     

    Can be served straight away or kept in a sealed container in the fridge for about a week.
